Order Processing

  1. Quantity Discounts:  Most Laserfied products have quantity discounts displayed on product pages below the “ADD TO CART” button.  Quantity discounts are not calculated until the product is added to the cart.
  2. Store-wide Discounts:  During a store-wide discount promotion only the larger of the product discounts is honored.  For example; if you get a 30% quantity discount during a 20% store-wide discount promotion then you would get 30% off.
  3. Shipping & Handling:  Click here for shipping & handling policy.
  4. Order Notification:  You should received an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it.  If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.  This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipping notification and tracking information.
  5. Order Processing:  We strive to build and ship your order within 2 weeks.  However in some cases products can be on back order or experience shipment delays. In these cases we will notify you with a modified shipping date.
  6. Rush Orders:  Orders needing processed and shipped in less than 2 weeks need to be requested by customer prior to the order being placed.  There is a $20.00 rush order fee that will be invoiced and sent to the customer’s email address.
    Email sales@laserfied.com to request a rush order with the following information:

    1. Your Name and the best way to contact you,
    2. Your address,
    3. What you are going to order,
    4. Quantity,
    5. When you need it to your doorstep.
  7. Order Review Invitation:  After your order is processed you will receive an invitation email to review and give feedback on the product you received.

Design Acceptance

We try our hardest to design your product to meet your preferences but finished products may vary slightly from the accepted proof or from what is displayed online.

Images that you create with our online design tool are used as a replica for engraving your product.  We do use the exact fonts and design images to create your product but sizes, images of materials and placement may vary sightly.

These are normal occurrences with hand crafted items.

Acceptance of Personalized Designs

  1. Implied online acceptance:  If purchasing online then you are accepting the design when clicking the “Place order” button.
  2. Acceptance via proof:  If you work directly with us to personalize a product then we will always send you a final proof for your acceptance before we start processing your order.

Return Policy

Returns

  1. Design Acceptance:  Laserfied does not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items that have been accepted by the customer prior to ordering.  If the customer receives an item in which Laserfied made a mistake, Laserfied will send the correct item at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be sent in time for the event.
  2. You have 3 days to contact Laserfied in case of a mistake:  If you have received an order from Laserfied that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact us at sales@laserfied.com. Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item. We will not accept any claims after three (3) days. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if you misspelled or made a mistake on your design, so be sure to review your design before you place your order.
  3. Return Authorization Code:  Laserfied will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) code via email.  You must write this code on the outside of the package. If the package does not have a RA code, the package may not be accepted and could be returned to the sender.
  4. Shipping Charges for Returns:  All shipping charges for the return/exchange of an item that contains a mistake will be paid by Laserfied and the customer will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. If the item(s) in question do not contain a mistake based on the original order the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges.
  5. Refund:  If the customer chooses to return an item that contains a mistake then Laserfied will decide whether to replace the item, or give the customer a full refund including shipping & handling charges.  Refunds well be submitted within ten (10) business days of the date that Laserfied receives the product.
